Branding photography for women who want to be seen, not posed

You care about what you do, and you want your branding photos to reflect that. Not just that you look polished or professional, but that the work actually feels like yours.

You are not interested in branding photography that makes you look like every other woman in business online. You want personal branding photos that feel recognisable. Honest. Specific. Like someone could land on your website and immediately get a sense of who you are and what working with you feels like.

You want a branding photographer who pays attention. Someone who listens properly, notices the details, and helps you create images that feel natural rather than staged.

That’s what I do. I create colourful, natural brand photography for women in business who want photos that do more than make them look professional. They need images that help the right people recognise them.

Let’s create branding photos that feel like you, in full colour.

Let's Chat About Your Session

How it works

It's Easy and Stress-free

Your branding session shouldn’t be a stressful, figure-it-out-yourself kind of thing. I’ll guide you through every step - from prep to posing - so you feel supported, confident, and clear about what’s happening when.

  • Booking

Get in touch to book! Branding sessions usually take place on weekday mornings: the light is best and there’s plenty of wiggle room before the school run. Your session fee is paid at booking to secure your slot.

  • Session Planning

You’ll complete a short questionnaire and we’ll chat through ideas on a planning call. I’ll create a tailored session plan so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Session Day

I’ll arrive 15 minutes early to set up, give you a moment to do any final touch-ups so that we start on time. Once we start, be ready to have fun, laugh a lot and just enjoy yourself! During longer sessions, you’ll have time to change and recharge, while I work on flat-lays or detail shots.

  • Preview Gallery

If you’ve booked “Give It a Shot,” you’ll receive a preview gallery of around 15–20 images to choose from within 2 working days. If you’ve gone for “Showing Up” or “A Year’s Worth of Stories,” there’s no need to choose – you’ll get the full gallery, no agonising decisions required.

  • Download Gallery

Your final images will be ready within a week with images ready to be used on your website, socials or anywhere else. During busy periods or school holidays, it may take longer, but I’ll let you know in advance.

Kind Words From My Clients

“Katerina took a selection of branding photos for my coaching business and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She made me feel at ease, gave excellent direction and her suggestions around colour and composition really paid off. I’ll definitely be asking her back for more photos as the business grows and for other projects, and I would highly recommend her for both portraits and branding images. Thank you, Katerina!”

    Rachel A

“Katerina came along to a workshop I was running to photograph what I do so that I have some new images to put on my website and social media. She captured some stunning candid images of the event as it unfolded and I’m absolutely thrilled with them. She also took some great headshots for me. My business is all about colour and Katerina has made sure the photographs are bright and colourful, really conveying what I do.”

More FAQs
  • What’s involved in planning?

First, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire so I can get a sense of you, your business and how you work. Then we’ll have a planning call where we talk things through. You can share anything you have in mind, but you don’t need to come with ideas. I’ll take what you tell me and build a plan for the shoot, focusing on the different stories we want to capture and the job each image needs to do. You don’t need to figure it all out in advance. That’s my role.

I talk about the planning stage more in detail in this blog post: “You Don’t Need an Idea for Branding Photos”.

  • What should I wear?

Think you, but a bit more elevated. Go for pieces that make you feel like a boss, not like you borrowed someone else’s style. Colour is very welcome here. Avoid head-to-toe black, shiny fabrics, or anything you’ll be tugging at all day. Need help pulling it all together? I’ve got you. I’ll help you coordinate your outfits with your brand colours and your shoot locations, so everything works in harmony — and you feel amazing.

  • What kind of branding images will we create?

The kind that make your dream clients stop scrolling and understand what you do. Rather than working from a fixed shot list, I plan your session around the different jobs your images need to do. We will create a mix of photos that build trust, show your expertise, create connection and give people a clear sense of how you work. That might include natural portraits, you in your element, interactions, details and more conceptual images, but always with a purpose behind them.If you are curious, I have written more about the different types of branding photos and what they do here: “Beyond the Usual Checklist: 9 Branding Photos Your Small Business Needs”.
